The Woodlands, TX – June 6, 2025 — Houston Spine & Rehabilitation Centers is proud to welcome Erica Everett, FNP-BC, an experienced and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, to its growing team of providers in The Woodlands. Erica brings over 15 years of clinical experience and a unique blend of integrative, functional, and regenerative medicine expertise to the practice.
Erica specializes in helping patients uncover and treat the root causes of chronic conditions through advanced, evidence-based therapies. Her scope of care includes hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, peptide-based weight loss, stem cell and joint injections, and aesthetic medicine. With a strong background in functional diagnostics, she also interprets specialized labs such as GI Maps, DNA reports, and organic acid panels to design customized treatment protocols.

Erica holds a Doctorate in Integrative Nutrition and Functional Medicine from Saybrook University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She is also board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds certifications in peptides (Seeds Certified), aesthetic procedures, and personal training (NASM).
Beyond the clinic, Erica is a wellness enthusiast who enjoys traveling the world, reading clinical research, and staying active. She has visited Italy, Spain, Japan, Costa Rica, Hawaii, the Caymans, and the Bahamas—with Greece next on her list. Her personal philosophy of “living life fully” mirrors the vitality she inspires in her patients every day.
