Rebecca Sandefur is the Chief Executive Officer of Houston Spine & Rehabilitation Centers. Under her leadership, HSRC has become known as the innovator in the healthcare arena and the largest and most diversified healthcare practice in the region.

Ms. Sandefur is an active industry spokesperson in the healthcare community and has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s strategic and operational success since joining the company in 2005. Ms. Sandefur is passionate and actively involved in the areas of practice growth and financial stability.

Before becoming CEO, Ms. Sandefur served in several other executive positions in healthcare including practice management, business development, and expansion.

Ms. Sandefur takes an active role in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals and is a voice for the value of diverse representation. A member of Medical Group Managers Association, Women Business Leaders. Ms. Sandefur is a proponent of promoting women in leadership.
