With a strong foundation in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, Dr. DeStefano is passionate about helping her patients heal, restore function, and live pain-free lives.
Education & Training
A proud Spring, TX native, Dr. DeStefano earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health from the University of Texas, where she also cheered as a collegiate athlete for four years, including one year as co-captain of the UT cheerleading team. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Dr. DeStefano brings over six years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, having treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions before joining HSRC. She specializes in:

She brings the same energy, spirit, and discipline she once showed as a University of Texas cheerleader to her work with patients, cheering them on as they progress toward recovery and long-term wellness.
