Divide a notebook page into columns. Add dates descending in the first column. Then, label the remaining columns with these headings: Sleep, exercise, medications, vitamins and supplements, weather, and migraine symptoms. Your doctor may also recommend that you track your menstrual cycle if you’re a woman. Use a separate notebook page to keep track of what you eat and drink, and when you eat.
